• Channel Sales Director

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a set of core channel partnerships focusing on those strategic accounts via which a material volume of business can be driven.
    • Act as the primary account and relationship owner for national and direct marketing resellers, ensuring a high level of account service and support. Act as a point of contact and coordination where said partners cover more than a single Radware sales territory.
    • Develop and sustain meaningful account relationships through regular one-on-one communication, driving engagements between partner and Radware sales teams, and creating joint business opportunities.
    • Visit Channel Partners’ locations on a regular basis and update sales, marketing, training and technical collateral.
    • Define and execute channel partner sales plans and continually drive to close sales through channel partners.
    • Work with Radware Sales to identify and target prospective resellers and to successfully onboard them as Radware reseller partners.
    • Participate directly and provide regular feedback to the global channel management function on partner program structure, implementation, and improvements.
    • Work with Regional Sales Managers, the marketing department, and channel partners to develop and implement appropriate co-marketing activities, and promote channel partner participation in Radware’s lead generation efforts.
    • Establish and maintain work processes, facilitate and initiate communication between all groups, and manage expectations of all parties.
    • Work with the Radware marketing functions to design channel programs that stimulate partner interest and commitment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 6 years experience in sales field, with at least 2 years in channel account sales activities.
    • A strategic thinker with a track record of developing and driving new business functions within
    • Experience managing projects and staff.
    • Excellent planning, organization, time management skills
    • The ability to form and develop healthy relationships both within the company and with external organizations.
    • Advanced computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of database and project management applications.
    • Effective professionalism, strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage, develop, and launch multiple projects under time-sensitive deadlines
    • Bachelor’s degree level education.
