Security Support Specialist (Emergency Reponse Team), Tel Aviv

Position Description 

• The Security specialist will join the Emergency Response Team (ERT) in Radware's security business unit. This team provides immediate support for customers under a flood attack or a malware outbreak. During an attack the security specialist will be in direct contact with the customer, analyze the attack, and mitigate it. The ERT Specialist is Radware’s highest authority for security support and must have excellent security understanding as well as being a product expert.

Requirements 

• Good understanding of networking design principles and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, IPv4)
• Experience with customer support
• Good understanding and experience with of application security
• Ability to analyze sniffers
• High "hands-on" capabilities
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to be on alert during off-work hours (compensated)

 Advantages
