Where is the Radware 2009 APAC Executive Exchange being held?
This year the event will take place in Macau, China from October 26th – October 29th. The conference will be held at the luxurious, Venetian Macao Resort and Hotel. It is the largest single structure building in all of Asia and second largest in the world located along the Cotai Strip.

What is the travel and accommodation policy?
Participants will need to cover the cost of their air flight travel and personal expenses (including some hotel services such as laundry, mini-bar, internet, etc). The facilities of the hotel room include:
- Bella Suites Room featuring two queen-sized canopy-draped beds, sunken living room, full size sofa sleeper, deluxe marble bathroom, separate bath and shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, iron and ironing board, fully stocked mini-bar, two large televisions, cable channels/in-room movies, executive work desk, in-suite safe, high-speed wireless internet access, personal silent fax/printer/copier, and other guest amenities.
Room rates are 1100 HKD per night. Please add 15% tax per night.

Radware will cover all participant room accommodations, conference meals, beverages and entertainment costs offered as a part of the event. Radware is not responsible for non-event, outside expenses and any personal room charges. Payment is expected at time of check-out. Please note that check-in time is 3:00 P.M.; check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation of guest rooms after October 1, 2009 or a failure to show will result in a late cancellation charge equivalent to the full duration of the stay. Early departures will be charged for the duration as originally reserved.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
From the Macau International Airport: The Venetian Macao is only 5 minutes away via the complimentary Cotai Strip® CotaiShuttle™ which departs from the airport every 15-20 minutes.
From Hong Kong International Airport: A direct express ferry whisks you to Macao within an hour without having to go through Hong Kong Customs (please refer to http://www.turbojetseaexpress.com.hk/eng/schedule/airport.html for details).
Complimentary Cotai shuttle to The Venetian Macao is available outside the pier in Macau.
From Zhuhai Airport: Airport Shuttle bus → Lotus Bridge Customs → Complimentary CotaiShuttle to The Venetian Macao (departing every 10-12 minutes from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm). Total traveling time is approximately 30 minutes.
What is the currency?
