Training 

To help our resellers successfully sell, demonstrate, install and support Radware products, training is an integral part of Radware’s channel program.

  • Product and sales training is provided at your offices, customized for your specific business focus, product selection and target market. Specialized in-person and webinar training sessions for special promotions, new product introductions, emerging market opportunities and other ongoing opportunities are provided on a continuous basis.

  • Your engineering, support and technical staff can attend in-depth training classroom sessions throughout the year, scheduled at training centers worldwide or held on-site at your location. Using a combination of lectures, hands-on lab exercises and analysis of real world designs and troubleshooting scenarios, your engineers can acquire Radware expert-level certification: Pre-sales, Technical, and Engineering.

  • For technical personnel who design, implement and support Radware products, we offer multiple levels of pre-sales technical and product positioning courses. Conducted by Radware engineering, the training is detailed and technical in nature. Training is provided using modules that cover each Radware product.

  • After your sales engineers (SE) pass multiple levels of testing and post-sales certification, we provide a trained engineer to mentor your SEs on the first three customer installations. Whether the installation is on-site or remote, a Radware SE helps your SE achieve proficiency and expertise. As an added benefit, you earn and keep the professional services revenue from the customer.
