Radware's Co-Founder and Executive Chairman Extend Their Company Holdings
Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), the leading provider of integrated application delivery solutions for business-smart networking, today announced the following transactions in Radware shares by Yehuda Zisapel, company co-founder and director, and Christopher McCleary, who serves as the company's executive chairman of the board.
Mr. Yehuda Zisapel purchased 144,638 shares in the open market, bringing his current shareholdings to approximately 2.75 million shares. Mr. McCleary conducted an exercise and hold of 30,000 options. Mr. McCleary stated, "Radware is capitalizing on its strengths and its position as an industry-leading provider of business-smart networking solutions. The total amount invested by Mr. Yehuda Zisapel in the open market was approximately $1,908,140.
