Data Foundry Partners with Radware – Mitigation Solution will help Data Foundry protect customers against DDoS attacks

Radware® (NASDAQ: RDWR), a leading provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, today announced that Data Foundry, a Texas based data center outsourcing organization, has selected Radware’s anti-Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) technology to help protect its customers against DDoS attacks.

A global provider of wholesale data center outsourcing, retail colocation, network services, Internet bandwidth, managed services and disaster recovery services, Data Foundry offers a suite of managed services that leverage its experienced team of on-site, highly-skilled engineers and technicians that support its colocation and disaster recovery customers 24x7x365.

Data Foundry’s clients will be the first in North America with the ability to secure their infrastructure via a service that utilizes customer-dedicated DefensePro® Attack Mitigation Systems from Radware.

“We’re pleased that Data Foundry has selected our technology to help their customers mitigate DDoS attacks,” said David Anderson, vice president of sales at Radware. “Our Attack Mitigation System is the most advanced solution for protecting clients against a wide range of DDoS attacks – including large flood attacks as well as the more insidious application-level attacks that we are seeing more of today in a rapidly evolving cyber warfare theater.”

“With the ever increasing frequency of DDoS attacks, our customers across all vertical markets have asked for a solution to help them mitigate these attacks,” said Edward Henigin, CTO of Data Foundry. “As we pride ourselves on being a customer-driven organization we are pleased to offer our customers a new managed service for DDoS mitigation that leverages the Radware solution. Our clients will benefit from far greater levels of protection that is typically offered by the rudimentary anti-DDoS offerings available from cloud scrubbing companies and network infrastructure vendors.”
