Sales Manager

Position Description

  • Drive Radware’s business in Singapore for Enterprise, Financial and Government market segment
  • Manage customer relations and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and develop channels partners


  • Managing and achieving assigned sales quota
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Manage and build strong, long-lasting channel partner relationships
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Country Manager
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in selling ICT solutions to the Enterprise, Financial and Government market segment - ideally focusing on high availability, acceleration and/or security solutions
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry knowledge of network and security technologies
  • Ability to work with internal groups globally
  • Minimum 3 years related experience


  • Experience in SW &/or Hardware delivery processes in large SP and Enterprises
  • Understanding of network and Data Centre architectures
  • Understanding of key network technologies: Routing & Switching, BGP, MPLS, VPNS, GRE, Traffic Engineering, Netflow, etc.
  • Project scoping, estimating and drafting of SOWs
  • Programming experience is an advantage
  • PT experience
  • Strong English Skills (Spoken and Written)
