Vice President – Strategic Carrier Sales
Manage prospective new accounts in Europe and Latin America regions and develop business in telecommunication sector. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Qualify the customers environment for the successful deployment of "proof of concept" budgeted opportunities within the account. Lead and advise clients by understanding their existing and future IT/Network roadmap. Promote, develop prospects and grow customer satisfaction within the assigned solution.
Build knowledge of clients within allocated territory. Maintain industry expertise, the challenges client face, and present solutions and different levels within client’s organization. Prepare and present accurate and detailed and technical sales proposals. Prepare, maintain and update accurate sales forecast. Provide considered feedback to Management on all deals and capture all required information in company’s CRM tool. Assist in the development and launch of new product offerings through opportunity identification and provide customer feedback into development. Identify requirements for other products/services and feed into product marketing. Provide client and competitor feedback and field intelligence where available and necessary.
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in International Finance (or U.S. Equivalent). Must have two (2) years of experience as Vice President of Sales in the telecommunications industry doing business development, sales operation and strategy in the Latin America Region. Must be able to meet target achievement and sales growth. 40% travel required (domestic & international). 40 hours/week, 9 AM – 5 PM, M-F. Proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
