Renewals Sales Representative for EMEA and APAC

Position Description

The Renewals Sales Representative will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation, and administrative support as part of the Radware renewal teams in EMEA and APAC.

The main goal of the position is to achieve the requested revenue by renewing the support contracts in the pipeline. This includes:

  • Contacting customers in order to offer Service Renewal contracts
  • Negotiating with partners and customers
  • Tracing details of relevant customers with units to be renewed
  • Issuing of quotations and follow up
  • Administration of contracts to be renewed
  • Ongoing and regular relationships with partners and Radware sales teams in EMEA and APAC
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets


  • Previous administrative experience in a hi-tech company
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Sales skills


  • Additional foreign language
  • Logistics experience
  • Familiarity with ERP environment, Oracle in particular
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar role
