CRM Business Analyst


Position Description

Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and IT professionals to implement solutions. Customize the system to meet the business needs of the Company. Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM ecosystem. Guiding Tier 1 & 2 support and maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • 3+ years’ experience with systems analysis and implementation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
  • Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
  • Flexible and quickly adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of a team
  • Independent and highly motivated
  • Fast learner
  • Team player, great interpersonal skills

Requirements
