Herbert Anderson

Mr. Anderson has served on Radware’s Board of Directors since July 2007. Currently, Mr. Anderson also serves on the board of CACI, International.

Until his retirement, Mr. Anderson held the positions of Corporate Vice President of Northrop Grumman Corporation and President of Northrop Grumman Information Technology. Mr. Anderson first joined Northrop as Vice President of Information Resources Management for the company's former B-2 division, after holding senior management positions with the Western Gear, McGraw-Edison and Eaton corporations.

Mr. Anderson is a former member of the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee and of the Secretary of the Air Force Advisory Group. He is also a former board member of the Professional Services Council and the United Services Organization. Mr. Anderson holds a B.S. in business management from the University of Wisconsin.

 

Dr. Orna Berry

In addition to her position as Director on Radware’s board, Dr. Berry is a Venture Partner in Gemini Israel funds and the Chairperson of both Prime Sense Ltd. and Adamind Ltd., a UK public company. She also serves as a Director of Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd., Poalim Capital Markets, Mer Telemanagement Solutions Ltd., and Commtouch Software Ltd.

Dr. Berry previously acted as Chief Scientist and Director of the Industrial R&D Administration of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor of the Government of Israel. Earlier in her career, Dr. Berry co-founded ORNET Data Communication Technologies Ltd. and was the company’s Co-President.

Dr. Berry is a member of the European Union Research Advisory Board (EURAB) and a member of the Association of Computing Machines’ (ACM) task force on job migration and globalization (TFJM). She holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Southern California, and M.A. and B.A. degrees in statistics and mathematics from Tel Aviv University and Haifa University, respectively.

 

Zohar Gilon

Mr. Gilon serves as a Director on Radware’s Board of Directors while also serving as General Partner and Managing Director of Tamar Technologies Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in Israel and the United States. Additionally, he functions as a Director of the following companies: RADCom Ltd., Orsense Ltd., Wisair Ltd., Oberon Media Inc., Axerra Networks Inc., Syncho Ltd., Payoneer Inc. and RADVentures, an investment fund for employees of RAD Data Communications.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Gilon served as President of W.S.P. Capital Holdings Ltd., which provides investment banking and underwriting services in Israel and invests in real estate and high technology investments in Israel and abroad.

Mr. Gilon holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

 

Dr. Hagen Hultzsch

Dr. Hultzsch has held the title of Director on Radware’s Board of Directors since January, 2005. He also functions as a board member of TranSwitch Corporation Inc., SCM-Microsystems Inc. and RIT Ltd., and is a member of the advisory boards of several private and public technology companies.

Since 2001, Dr. Hultzsch has served on the boards or advisory boards of several companies and academic institutions, most notably the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG from 1993 until 2001.

Dr. Hultzsch holds a Ph.D. from Mainz University.

 

Professor Liora Katzenstein

Professor Katzenstein has served as a Director on Radware’s Board of Directors since 2001. She also founded and functions today as President of the Israel School of Entrepreneurial Management and Innovation (ISEMI), part of Swinburne University of Technology’s Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship (AGSE). Professor. Katzenstein is also a Director at RiT Technologies Ltd., Polysac Ltd., Palafric Investments Ltd., Clal Insurance Company and Degem Systems Ltd.

Before ISEMI, Professor Katzenstein was an Associate Dean at the Tel Aviv International School of Business (TISOM) and earlier, a Senior Lecturer at the Tel Aviv University Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration. She also lectured in Business Administration at the Harvard Business School; Tel Aviv University; Nanyang Technological University in Singapore; Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and in the Israeli Management Center.

Professor Katzenstein has a license and Ph.D. in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, University of Geneva, and an MALD in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.

 

Christopher McCleary

Mr. McCleary currently serves as Radware’s Executive Chairman, having previously served as a Director and Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. In his present role he works closely with the company's board and management focusing on corporate strategy and external relations. He also serves as Chairman and a Director of both JackBe, Inc. and SaaS Capital, Inc., and is on the board of The State of Maryland Venture Fund and the City of Baltimore Emerging Technology Center.

Prior to this, Mr. McCleary was a Partner at Blue Chip Venture Company and, earlier, the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Evergreen Assurance, Inc. Before this venture, Mr. McCleary founded USinternetworking (USi) where he began as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer before becoming the non-executive Chairman of the company. Prior to his tenure at USi, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DIGEX, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. McCleary served as Vice President and General Manager at Satellite Telephone Service at American Mobile Satellite Corp. Mr. McCleary is a recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for software services and the Washington Post/Newsweek Corporate Citizen of the Year Award and was nominated by Forbes Magazine as one of the E-Gang Leaders of Change.

Mr. McCleary holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Kentucky.

 

Yehuda Zisapel

Yehuda Zisapel co-founded Radware and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since the company’s inception. In addition, Mr. Zisapel previously served as Chairman of the Radware Board of Directors.

Mr. Zisapel also serves as a Director of Radware Inc., and is a Founder and a Director of both RAD Data Communications Ltd. and BYNET Data Communications Ltd. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of RiT Technologies Ltd., and a Director of other businesses in the RAD-Bynet Group, including SILICOM Ltd. and several private companies.

Mr. Zisapel has an Award of Honorary Doctorate, Doctor Honoris Causa (DHC), from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering, also from Technion.
