Roy Zisapel
President & Chief Executive Officer
Radware co-founder Mr. Zisapel has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since the company’s inception in April 1997. An innovator in the networking technology industry, Mr. Zisapel provides focused vision and direction to Radware as it leads the market in integrated application delivery solutions for business-smart networking.
Before founding Radware, Mr. Zisapel directed research and development projects for RND Networks Ltd., pioneering the company’s award-winning IP load balancing product line. Prior to this, Mr. Zisapel led algorithmic research for Madge Networks’ LAN ATM switch. Subsequent to Lucent’s 1998 acquisition of Madge Networks, the device was renamed the Cajun M770 multi-layer switch, becoming a key element of Avaya’s networking suite. Mr. Zisapel began his career as a software engineer at Algotech Systems, a medical imaging solutions company.
Mr. Zisapel graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in mathematics and computer science from Tel Aviv University, where he was honored with the International Wolf Prize for research students. Additionally, Mr. Zisapel holds several U.S. patents and patent applications in the areas of global load balancing, network proximity, traffic redirection and multi-homing.
Meir Moshe
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Mr. Moshe oversees Radware’s business performance and strategic growth initiatives. He is responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and disclosure practices, and oversees corporate accounting functions.
Prior to Radware, Mr. Moshe was Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of ForSoft Ltd. ForSoft, a member of the Formula Group, provides large-scale IT solutions and services for a variety of vertical markets. The Formula Group is an international IT company that provides, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, software consulting services, proprietary software products and computer-based business solutions.
Mr. Moshe holds a B.S. in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University and is a certified public accountant.
Avi Chesla
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at Radware, Mr. Chesla is responsible for leading the Company’s strategic technology roadmap and vision. This includes laying the theoretical basis for future products and solutions, research and design of core product algorithms, evaluating OEM opportunities and representing the company’s technology and future plans to the industry. Mr. Chesla also steers merger and acquisition research and manages intellectual property ownership.
Mr. Chesla is recognized as a leading figure in the international network security market. Prior to the CTO position, Mr. Chesla led Radware's security division as VP Security and successfully positioned Radware’s network security business as a pioneer, and a market leader in the cyber attack mitigation.
Prior to joining Radware in 2005, Mr. Chesla held several senior positions with V-Secure Technologies, a start-up security solutions company. During his tenure as CTO and Vice President of Product Strategy, Mr. Chesla managed all research and development operations and led the engineering of the organization’s behavioral network intrusion prevention system and its core technology. Mr. Chesla also directed V-Secure’s technology partnerships, including the partnership that ended in the acquisition of V-Secure by Radware in 2005.
Mr. Chesla has authored a number of articles for major publications in the areas of advanced network behavioral analysis and information security and has earned numerous patents in these areas. His views on industry trends and best practices have been featured in articles, white papers, and on the conference speaking circuit.
Mr. Chesla holds a B.S. in physics and mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
Ilan Kinreich
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Mr. Kinreich is charged with setting the direction for Radware's products overseeing all R&D, QA and product management activities across the company. He is responsible for developing innovative, quality products that meet market requirements while making sure new capabilities and products are timely released to increase competitive positioning.
Mr. Kinreich has a vast knowledge for creating innovative products to match market requirements, developing R&D processes and executing R&D automation and methodologies, an experience which was accumulated in over 25 years in the high-tech industry. Prior to Radware he was the founder and CEO of Radview Software that developed performance testing and management solutions. Mr. Kinreich took the company from inception to a Nasdaq IPO accumulating hundreds of enterprise customers from the financial services, high-technology, telecommunications and retail sectors. Before Radview, he was a co-founder and VP R&D for Mercury Interactive, a company that defined the Software Qualty Assurance market and eventually was acquired by HP for $4.5B. Prior to that he was R&D manager at Daisy Systems a manufacturer of CAD solutions for electrical engineers.
Mr. Kinreich holds a BsC degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
