Radware Ltd. announced the roll out of its latest cloud application delivery controller platform at AWS re:Invent Conference, the flagship event from AWS to bring together technical leaders and application developers from the AWS community. The new launch, Alteon Virtual Appliance (VA) for AWS is available on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI).
In a release, Lior Cohen, Director for Cloud Solutions at Radware, said “As the enterprise works to utilize public cloud infrastructures, there is a real need to provide consistent application access. The availability of Alteon VA on the AWS Marketplace allows customers to gain the unique benefit of seamlessly deploying applications across private and cloud infrastructures without any QoE and visibility related concerns.”
Availability of Alteon VA on AWS would allow organizations to operate critical applications on public and private cloud networks as well as on the Amazon Cloud. The organizations deploying Alteon VA, can initially develop applications on AWS cloud and then transition these applications to any private data center with end to end support from Radware. The Alteon VA also supports critical functionalities such as Web Performance Optimization and Application Performance Monitoring for application deployments across various geographic locations.
