Where is the Radware 2009 EMEA/Americas Executive Exchange being held?
This year the event will take place in Athens, Greece from November 9th – November 12th. The conference will be held at the luxurious, Divani Apollon Palace & Spa Hotel. It is a luxurious pampering hotel on the Vouliagmeni beach area from Leading Hotels of the World collection.

What is the travel and accommodation policy?
Participants will need to cover the cost of their air flight travel and personal expenses (including some hotel services such as laundry, mini-bar, internet, etc). The facilities of the hotel room include:
- The Superior bedrooms of 30 m2 in size include luxuriously appointed bathrooms with an additional telephone extension. Designer fabrics specially chosen to match the stylish light oak furniture and tasteful paintings accentuate the décor. In-room facilities include: Satellite TV, In-house movies, Work desk, ISDN lines, direct dial telephone with voice mail, Mini-Bar, In-room safe, Hair dryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobes. Non-Smoking rooms are available.
Room rates are €128 per night for a single room and €150 for a double room.

What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation of guest rooms after October 2, 2009 will result in two nights charge. Any cancellation of guest rooms after October 27, 2009 or a failure to show will result in a late cancellation charge equivalent to the full duration of the stay. Early departures will be charged for the duration as originally reserved.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
From the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos, we will arrange group transportations according to your landing time. You will receive a transportation confirmation after registering on-line. Please make sure to enter your flight number and arrival time when registering on the site.
