Where is the Radware EMEA/Americas Executive Exchange 2011 being held?

This year the event will take place in Prague, Czech Republic from 7th-9th of November. The conference will be held at the Hilton Hotel Prague offering five-star accommodation and one of Europe's largest conference centers.

What is the travel and accommodation policy?

Participants will need to cover the cost of their air flight travel and personal expenses (including some hotel services such as laundry, mini-bar, internet, etc).

What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancellation of guest rooms after 1st October 2011 will result in two nights charge. Any cancellation of guest rooms after October 5th, 2011 or a failure to show will result in a late cancellation charge equivalent to the full duration of the stay. Early departures will be charged for the duration as originally reserved.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Prague Ruzyne International Airport is 20 km. (25 minutes) from the hotel. Group transportation will be arranged at peak times from Prague International Airport, according to landing time. You will receive a transportation confirmation after registering on-line. Please make sure to enter your flight number and arrival time when registering on the site. People arriving outside group transportation times are advised to take taxis to the hotel.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
