Herbert Anderson Joins Radware Board of Directors

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL November 12, 2006 02:00 PM

Radware Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDWR), the leading provider of intelligent integrated solutions for ensuring the fast, reliable and secure delivery of networked and Web-enabled applications over IP, today announced technology industry veteran Herbert Anderson as a new member of its board of directors. Anderson joins Radware after recently announcing his retirement as president of Northrop Grumman Information Technology where he directed one of the world's premier providers of advanced IT, engineering and business solutions for government and commercial clients.

"With his deep involvement in the rise of Northrop Grumman as an information technology powerhouse, Herbert Anderson brings an invaluable level of expertise and experience to Radware," stated Christopher R. McCleary, Chairman. "His contributions as a member of the board at Radware will no doubt help shape our direction and future as we continue to build the company through sustained technology innovation and leadership."

Serving as corporate vice president and president where he drove the creation of what would be Northrup Grumman Information Technology, Anderson led the company through several acquisitions, including Logicon Inc., the PRC and TASC units of Litton Industries Inc., and TRW Inc.

In 1998, Anderson was named president and chief executive officer of Logicon Inc. when Northrup Grumman combined its Data Systems & Services Division (DSSD) and Logicon subsidiary. Anderson also headed DSSD when it was formed after the acquisition of Grumman.

Before joining Northrup Grumman, Anderson was corporate vice president of Management Information Services at Western Gear Corporation. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at the McGraw-Edison and Eaton corporations.

Anderson's professional honors include being appointed a principal member of the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee and honored as the Post Newsweek Industry Executive of the Year Award.
