Radware® (NASDAQ: RDWR), a leading provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, today announced preliminary results for the first quarter of 2013. Revenues for the quarter are expected to be $45 million, below the company’s guidance of $48.5 million to $49.5 million. Non-GAAP EPS is expected to be $0.30 per diluted share, compared to guidance of $0.40 to $0.43 per diluted share.
“While we realized strong sales in the U.S. market during the first quarter of 2013, the company experienced weaker than expected results in EMEA and China,” stated Roy Zisapel president and chief executive officer, Radware. “This resulted in lower quarterly revenues than we anticipated.”
