As a company committed to growth, Dialogic has become a leading provider of world-class technologies based on open standards such as host media processing and other multimedia products that enable its customers and partners to deliver innovative mobile, video, IP, and TDM solutions for Network Service Providers and Enterprise Communication Networks.
Radware, a member of the Dialogic Partner Program, and Dialogic have developed the Dialogic® Integrated Media Gateways (IMG) 1010 / Radware AppDirector SIP Solutions Guide. The ability of the Dialogic IMG to integrate with Radware’s AppDirector load balancing technology will help service providers to further enhance application availability and business continuity.
The powerful combination of Radware's AppDirector load balancing switch and Dialogic's IMG Gateways creates a highly scalable solution for leading edge SIP applications which includes transcoding for voice, fax, and tones. With new features such as support for SIP-to-SIP-I translations, Dialogic continues to raise the bar for connectivity between wireline and wireless networks. The seamless fit between the rack-and-stack architecture of the IMG Gateways and the SIP load balancing and traffic redirection technology of Radware makes the products scalable and readily adaptable to carrier environments.
Radware confirms that we will support customers running the VirtualDirector device in conjunction with a VMware virtual machine environment. Radware will provide unqualified support for VirtualDirector running in conjunction with a VMware virtual environment in an identical manner as with any other network setup. VirtualDirector is deployed without initially requiring reproduction of issues on native hardware. Should Radware suspect that the virtualization layer is the root cause of an incident; the customer will be required to contact the appropriate VMware support provider to resolve the VMware issue.
AppDirector uses advanced Layer 4-7 policies and granular application intelligence for end-to-end business-smart networking.
