Hands-on Lab
In addition to completing the e-learning course, trainees usually need to successfully complete the
corresponding hands-on lab, which enables practicing their configuration knowledge and skills.
Trainees need to reserve the Virtual Lab during their enrollment to an online course, if applicable.
The lab exercises need to be completed anytime during the allotted one-week interval. A lab week
begins Monday and ends Friday.
Trainees need to enter 3 proposed reservation dates for labs if requested on course enrollment form.
A training representative will confirm the date of the lab reservation and provide further
instructions as soon as possible.
