Our workforce is made up of employees from over 30 different countries.

We have established an Employee Resource Group (ERG) for employees from diverse backgrounds, including women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and employees from racial and ethnic minority groups to promote the well-being and success of all its members.

We offer unconscious bias training to all employees to help create a more inclusive workplace.

We have implemented several programs to support our DEI objectives, including:

Diversity Hiring:

We encourage diverse hiring through unbiased job descriptions, diverse candidate slates, and inclusive interviews.

ERGs:

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) offer a safe space for employees to connect, provide feedback, and support our DEI efforts.

Mentorship:

Our mentorship programs offer underrepresented employees guidance to develop their careers at Radware.

Unconscious Bias Training:

All employees receive unconscious bias training to promote inclusivity.

Community Partnerships:

We partner with DEI organizations, sponsor events, and initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Inclusivity:

We celebrate events raising awareness such as Pride Month, International Women’s Day, and Juneteenth.
