Infosys and Radware developed an alliance partnership in 2006 to promote high availability for Finacle, Infosys’ universal banking solution. The combination of Finacle's high availability architecture and Radware's AppDirector™ ensures maximum application availability of the Finacle application for its demanding banking customers.
This modular solution addresses the core banking, treasury, mobile banking and web-based cash management requirements of retail, corporate and universal banks worldwide. During a demonstration in partnership with HP, Radware and Oracle, Finacle was subjected to 31 different failure scenarios. During the performance benchmark, Finacle was highly resilient with minimal interruption due to hardware and software component failures. The failures were either none or less than 0.01% at high throughput. The results of this test validate Radware’s contribution to the highly available Finacle banking application.
