Security Head


Job Description

  • A dynamic sales professional focused on identifying, developing, selling to and managing a partner base for delivering our products to the enterprise.
  • Educate, drive and motivate partners to deliver end user sales opportunities
  • Build strategic partnerships with OEM and large accounts
  • Develop a solid revenue stream with both our channel partners and within our business development efforts
  • Driving the security specific funnel and ensure growth in the security business YOY.
  • Cross sell and upsell security solutions to existing Radware clientele
 

Required Skills

  • Experience selling network security products within a channel and business development process. Must have a Minimum of 10-15 years of Networking sales experience – with at least 10 years in Network Security
  • Must have experience carrying a large sales target and have a proven track record of delivering successfully against that quota.
  • Proven/Quantifiable track record of over-achievement.
  • Track record of being involved in closing National Partner Agreements – Managing National Relationships.
  • Demonstrated record of building and driving OEM partnerships and a proven track record of navigating large accounts and driving tangible revenue from those accounts
  • Experience in training, forecasting and applying solution selling methodologies to partner relationships.
  • Experience selling and training partners on complex software-based solutions such as network security (Intrusion Detection, Firewall, VPN, and related technologies) or Network and Systems management solutions.
  • Brief understanding in Cloud Security Sales.
  • Competitive pricing strategy
  • BE/BTECH degree preferred.
