Office Administrator

Position Description

The Office Administration will be responsible to support DACH , including:
  • Reporting to the DACH Director
  • Ordering receipts and processing them in the Oracle ERP system
  • Communication with customers/regional Sales teams
  • Supporting internal and external Events
  • Supporting daily team activities such as travel and expenses
  • Interface to the different departments at HQ
  • Interface to Order Management
  • Organize and assist fellow employees with meetings, conferences ,and direct telephone calls when required
  • Support of Partners, OEMs and Distribution • Maintaining the Oracle Install Base data


  • Previous administrative experience in Hi-tech companies
  • Fluent English (business communications)
  • BA or higher
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organized and punctual
  • Great team-player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong service-orientation


  • Additional foreign language
  • Logistics experience/experience as an Order coordinator
  • Import/export experience
  • Familiarity with ERP environments - Oracle
