CISO


Position Description

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), reporting to the IT director, will be responsible for establishing strategy, and implementing and monitoring information security standards and cyber policies
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic security planning with IT Operations, development teams, and users across the global organization.
  • Experienced in the world of computer infrastructure, communications networks and cloud services
  • Responsible for building organizational security policies, monitoring, and meeting targets. 
  • Responsible for building cybersecurity policies and examining products available on the market.
  • Compliance with organizational security policies and standards, including ISO27001, ISO27018, ISO 27032 ISO 27017, SOC2, GDPR and other certifications.
  • Answering questionnaires for RFPs.
  • Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and risk management program.
  • Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for employees, contractors, and approved system users.
  • Work with developers and architects to ensure that security is appropriately built into the development cycle.
  • Coordinate the performance of internal and external network and systems vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
  • Deep knowledge of the SIEM system and SOC.
 

Requirements

  • CISO certification
  • 5+ years of experience as a CISO
  • Proven experience managing ISO27001, ISO27018, SOC2, GDPR certification processes 
  • Proven experience with current IT technologies, (system, network)
  • Proven experience as a CISO in a global company.
  • Ability to work independently and with IT and Business partners.
  • Experience preparing and providing executive level statuses and presentations
  • Matrix work.
  • Demonstrates understanding of technological trends and developments in the areas of information security, risk management, Web architectures, and Cloud computing
  • Customer communication.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
