Security Product Team Leader


Position Description

The Security Product Team Leader should be an exceptional individual who can lead “from scratch” development in a challenging environment. The Radware Innovation group is seeking an experienced JavaScript developer to lead a new development team targeted to develop next generation Web attack mitigation technology. The ideal candidate must exhibit the following traits:

  • Leadership under uncertainty while personally adaptive to rapid changes
  • Curiosity and willingness to constantly learn
  • Yearning to tackle hard challenges
  • Self-driven


 

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience leading small Java\JavaScript development teams
  • At least 2 years working on a new product in a startup-like environment
  • Significant experience with NodeJS and React
  • Experience with Web client-side development
  • Proven cryptography knowledge, advantage to understanding, zero-knowledge algorithms
  • BA in Math is an advantage
 

Advantages

  • Knowledge of Security and Identity Management systems
  • Previous knowledge of consensus algorithms
  • Knowledge of Reverse Proxies
