Sharon Trachtman serves as Radware’s Chief Business Operation Officer (CBOO), where she focuses on driving strategic business initiatives across various functions of the company. She examines the improvement of operational efficiency and develops framework for the future scalability of the company. Ms. Trachtman’s efforts center around the evaluation and improvement of the customer experience, improving business processes through digital transformation, cross-functional metrics and KPIs.
Ms. Trachtman has been with company since its inception in 1997. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Marketing Officer, where she brought 15 years of leadership to the global marketing organization. In this role, Ms. Trachtman led Radware’s corporate and product marketing as well as worldwide field and channel marketing, and helped the company grow from start-up to industry leader.
Ms. Trachtman played a pivotal role in the company's IPO and shortly thereafter spearheaded its successful, global rebranding campaign that repositioned the company and its entire product line. During this time, advertising campaigns under her direction won top-level, international awards for "Best Ad" in NetworkWorld (Germany) and in IT Week (UK). Previously in her tenure, Ms. Trachtman also established the company's initial product management, knowledge, and technical writing teams.
Before joining Radware, Ms. Trachtman worked for Scitex as global product line marketing manager, which was later acquired by Kodak and then Hewlett-Packard. In her time there, she also held various responsibilities including product management and product marketing.
Ms. Trachtman holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and philosophy from Bar Ilan University.
