MAHWAH, NJ November 26, 2007 02:00 PM

Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), the leading provider of integrated application delivery solutions for business-smart networking, today announced its partnership with MSPX, an established provider of technology and strategic consulting services. Together Radware and MSPX will provide complete end-to-end solutions, specifically tailored to government agencies seeking to seamlessly incorporate leading next generation technology in their existing infrastructures.

Government agencies have large investments in their legacy IT infrastructures. To provide better service to users and comply with federal mandates, government agencies are required to not only update their IT environments but also to opt for the most cost effective solutions possible. Therefore, they need to identify the best ways to optimize their IT investment and maximize their IT infrastructure. The Radware / MSPX partnership provides a value package which will help these government agencies rise to this challenge successfully.

Radware is offering its innovative, award winning integrated application delivery, performance acceleration and network security solutions. Its initial partnered offer is inclusive of:

  • AppDirector - local and global load balancing capabilities. Protects websites from traffic surges, server bottlenecks, connectivity disconnects and downtime by rerouting mission critical information for ensured business continuity
  • AppXcel - application accelerator and SSL traffic security. Can decrypt information to evaluate identified malicious activity. Features web compression, TCP optimization, caching, SSL offloading, and HTTP multiplexing; and
  • DefensePro -Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) and DoS mitigation. Closes the security gap created from user and network attacks to include server and signature protection for a more complete form of protection.

"We are very excited about our emerging partnership with MSPX," stated Larry Sells, Vice-President Public Sector, Radware. "The combination of products and services from both companies will enable us to address the critical issues faced by government agencies." he added.

MSPX's presence in the federal arena coupled with its innovative methods used to create integrated IT infrastructure solutions delivers real added-value. The company's experts assess, plan, deploy and manage IT solutions that can be leveraged across all technologies and environments and which are interoperable with third party products. MSPX is building a test lab facility, a "proof of concept" site where customers can see first-hand how Radware solutions are deployed in a multi-vendor environment.

Amir Sohrabi, Vice-President of MSPX stated that, "Our key objective is to help our customers use IT to achieve strategic and operational objectives. We chose to partner with Radware due to their unique application delivery offer to easily update existing platforms and prepare for the implementation of new technology as well as the ability to adhere to government requirements," he continued.

To-date, Radware's AppDirector and DefensePro are IPv6 compliant. Plans have been made for future products to be compliant so that government agencies purchasing solutions from Radware will be in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget's mandate for all government agencies to make the transition by June 2008. This will enable the two companies to provide comprehensive solutions to government agencies with additional added value.
