Given how eerily this video mirrors my own life (other than the fact that I'm currently recovering from back-to-back birthdays for two boys, and switching out the posh British accent with my decidedly less posh Canadian accent), you'd think I must have had some part in creating this short video. But I didn't, which is why I have no problem shamelessly plugging it here.
One of the reasons why I love this video is that it does a better job than any other material I've seen (and I've seen a LOT of material) to tell a real-world user experience story of what a page delay feels like in our modern world and how it can throw some unpleasant friction into your day.
Another reason why I love this video is that it made me laugh.
