Radware Community – Selected Activities

Radware respects the communities and people that surround us and strive for a positive impact. Radware works towards developing the high tech industry and assists in building tomorrow’s workforce.

Rebooks project is a rehabilitative employment project that encourages the use of second-hand books, which is operated entirely by people coping with employment difficulties. Through the project, the participants receive tools and the opportunity to re-adapt to the labor market. Radware Israel established a social library in its offices. Once a week, “save the word” representative arrives to refresh the books and interacts with the Radwares’ employees.


Radware U.S hosted Angel Tree, a Christmas assistance program of The Salvation Army that provides gifts of new clothing and toys to children. Children’s clothing sizes and special needs are collected and transferred to paper angels by the salvation army.


Our French team participated in the Heroes Race, one of the biggest charity events in France. The Heroes Race has already raised nearly 13 million euros for more than 200 causes. Our team ran for ASMAE, a non-governmental organization working in the fields of international solidarity, specifically in child development.


“Good Deeds Day” is an annual tradition of good deeds all over the world. Hundreds of thousands choose to volunteer and help others. We at Radware embraced this initiative to an annual tradition

We found out that most of our employees want to volunteer but have trouble finding the right place or time to do so. Therefore, we joined forces with “Helpi” a one-time volunteer platform where everyone can search for and find a volunteer activity that suits their needs and interests. Many Radware employees have participated and contributed since we’ve joined.

Radware Israel joined the “Israel Industry Association” a non-profit organization, which looks out to minimize the gap between theory learning at school to real challenges at work. We built a program which includes cyber sessions at Radware throughout the school year, in which we enrich the students with global up to date knowledge, practical experience and corporate culture.


Radware hosted a successful social responsibility hackathon looking for clever solutions to misuse of the internet. In 24 hours, 100 talented developers, came up with 30 amazing projects to address significant social issues. Radware mentors guided the participants.


Radware hosts quarterly Meetups on which enables us to share best practices with the high tech community. We welcome everyone to join us and be a part of our innovative creative community.

Yunfeng Middle School

After 2008 Sichuan earthquake, Radware was involved in the reconstruction of the disaster area, and assisted in rebuilding Yunfeng Middle School that was destroyed in the tragedy. Ever since, Radware has built an intimate relationships with the school.

Over the years, Radware has sponsored yearly scholarships, school uniforms and stationeries to students to nurture future talents and support our local community.
