Christopher R. McCleary Elected Chairman of the Board

Radware Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDWR), the leading provider of intelligent integrated solutions for ensuring the fast, reliable and secure delivery of networked and Web-enabled applications over IP, today announced that technology industry pioneer Christopher R. McCleary has been elected non-executive Chairman of the Board . Currently a general partner at Blue Chip Venture Company, McCleary has served as a director since 2000.

"As a board member for six years, Chris has been instrumental in helping management navigate the changing industry landscape. With his in-depth knowledge of the company and the market, we are confident in his ability to help our management team continue to lead the company to success while being a voice for our shareholders," stated Roy Zisapel, CEO, Radware.

"At Evergreen, USi and DIGEX, we utilized Radware technology in our network infrastructure because it was the most advanced in the industry," stated McCleary. I look forward to working with the Board and the talented management team at Radware to capitalize on this great market opportunity.
