Comverse Network Systems and Radware Sign OEM Agreement

Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR), a leading provider of Internet Traffic Management (ITM) solutions today announced a strategic OEM relationship, augmenting the high availability, scalability, fault tolerance and security of the Comverse Network Systems' unified messaging solution. Under this agreement, Comverse Network Systems, a division of Comverse Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMVT), and the world's leading supplier of systems, software and enabling network-based enhanced services, will OEM Radware's Web Server Director (WSD) Pro+ and FireProof products, selling them in conjunction with its unified messaging system.

Subscribers of Comverse's unified messaging system are able to access their e-mail, voice and fax messages from a single mailbox, wherever they are, with virtually any device, including their home or work phone, cellular phone, fax machine or PC. Now, with the integration of Radware's WSD-Pro+ and FireProof products, the system offers subscribers optimized performance and increased security.

The WSD-Pro+ is an award-winning ITM device that provides optimization of resources, fault tolerance and scalability to the products provided by Comverse at all hours of the day from all over the world. In addition, the system utilizes FireProof to provide a transparent and highly available end-to- end security solution.
