Network Engines, Inc. and Radware, Inc., (Nasdaq: RDWR) today announced a strategic partnership to deliver a highly available and reliable infrastructure to dot.com companies, Internet Service Providers, Application Service Providers and large enterprises. Network Engines and Radware plan to integrate their scalable Internet appliance and Internet traffic management technologies to support organizations that generate high volumes of Web traffic.

As part of the agreement, Network Engines will be able to provide its customers with Radware's high-end load-balancing technology. In addition, Network Engines' powerful management software will be able to effectively manage Radware's load balancers via the company's easy-to-use management interface. Radware's load balancers provide companies with scalability, optimization of resources and local and global fault-tolerance. In addition, Radware devices can be deployed hierarchically to scale to meet user demands. Using the combined technologies, customers will be able to more effectively manage high-volume sites while reducing the risk of server downtime.

"The Network Engines/Radware solution makes perfect sense for Internet companies of any size who generate or expect to generate high volumes of traffic," said Doron Meirom, Radware, Inc.'s president. "From the startup dot.com to billion-dollar corporations, Network Engines and Radware can deliver the most effective and scalable solution for managing Internet traffic."

Both companies will jointly promote their combined technologies to broaden their product distribution and further penetrate the growing Internet market. Network Engines will offer its customers Radware's high-end load balancer as part of an integrated solution. Through its broad national distribution, Radware will introduce its customers to Network Engines' wide array of Internet server appliance capabilities.

"Radware's industry-leading technology sets the standard for the type of load balancing that Internet companies need to grow," said Network Engines CEO Larry Genovesi. "This partnership will enable both companies to deliver our combined technologies to organizations that require the most powerful platform for supporting high-volume Web sites."
