Radware Inc. Announces New Vice President of Strategic Alliances and New Business

Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR), a leading provider of Internet Traffic Management (ITM) solutions, announces the addition of Ron Yair as vice president of strategic alliances and new business.

As VP of strategic alliances and new business, Yair will be responsible for establishing relationships with Fortune 500 companies taking advantage of the growth in e-commerce and those companies whose e-business endeavors require scaleable, fault tolerant and highly available network solutions. Yair's position will engage an international list of clients, and he will be based out of Radware's New Jersey office, reporting to the president.

Previous to his appointment with Radware, Yair worked on Wall Street for nine years. His tenure in the financial world included positions with Bear-Stearns and Lehman Brothers, among others, where he headed joint venture trading operations and financial derivatives and managed investment teams throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.

Yair holds Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and engineering from Western Michigan University and a graduate degree in engineering from Polytechnic University in New York. His professional experience and his educational background make him a strong asset at Radware.
