Radware Ltd. Files Registration Statement for Follow-on Offering of its Ordinary Share

Radware Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDWR), a leading provider of Internet traffic management solutions enabling continuous access to Web sites, announced that it is today filing a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a follow-on offering of 2.5 million of its ordinary shares. 1,250,000 of the ordinary shares are being offered by Radware and 1,250,000 ordinary shares are being offered by shareholders.
