Radware Opens its Fourth European Office

Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR), a leading provider of Internet Traffic Management (ITM) solutions which enables continuous access to Web sites, IP applications, and content is proud to announce the opening of its new European office in the UK. The office is located outside of London in the Thames Valley.

Radware develops, manufactures, and markets Internet traffic solutions that enable continuous access to Web sites and other services, applications and content based on the Internet protocol. The Company offers a complete line of products of Internet traffic solutions between global and local network resources. Radware's award winning products will be marketed and sold in the United Kingdom through Radware (UK). Patrick McManus will be responsible as General Manager for all activities. McManus has vast project management and sales and marketing experience in the networking industry. Mr. McManus previously worked at Orchestream as the European Sales and Strategic Account Manager. Prior to that, Mr. McManus worked as Business Development Manager at Altavista Internet Software Corporation.

Radware has sold systems to companies ranging from service providers and e-commerce firms, to large enterprises whose operations require uninterrupted access to an optimally configured network. Customers in the UK already include BBC Online and E*Trade.

The opening of the UK office, Radware's fourth in Europe, is part of the Company's expanding presence in Europe. Through their local distribution channels, the Company will be able to form stronger relationships and provide enhanced service to local partners and end users.
