Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR), a leading provider of Internet Traffic Management (ITM) solutions enabling continuous access to Web sites, IP applications and content, today announced the signing of a reseller agreement with Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ).

Under the terms of the agreement, Compaq's Professional Services Division will add Radware's entire suite of products to its services portfolio. This will enable Compaq to offer network solutions with fault tolerance, redundancy, high availability and maximum performance.

"Compaq NonStop™ eBusiness solutions are designed to get businesses online faster, easier and with less risk," said Rick Fricchione, vice president, applications and Internet technologies, Professional Services and Solutions, Compaq Computer Corporation. "This partnership with Radware empowers our joint customers to implement network solutions that improve the availability, fault tolerance, performance and security of their e-business applications."

Compaq customers will benefit from Radware's unique product feature set that facilitates ease of integration into Compaq's architecture and e-infrastructure. In addition, the incorporation of Radware's ITM devices will allow network administrators utilizing Compaq's services to enhance their system or work on the existing infrastructure void of service interruptions with the redundancy afforded by multiple Radware products.

"Working with an industry giant like Compaq allows our ITM products to shine in more networks than we could ever reach on our own while helping Compaq customers make the transition to e-business," said Arik Ziv, vice president of business development for Radware Inc. "Our head start in each load-balancing discipline gives us the advantage over our competition, and now our complementary solution with Compaq creates a high availability formula that is both affordable and effective."

In order to give customers maximum advantage, both companies have agreed to participate in joint education and training projects.
