Radware Signs with Fuji Xerox for Distribution of Alteon Products in Japan

Key Alteon partner enters distribution agreement with Radware to continue its Alteon support and expand product offer 

Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), the leading provider of integrated application delivery solutions for business-smart networking, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. which will continue to be a reseller of Alteon products, solutions and services throughout Japan. With this agreement, Radware aims to reinforce its relationship with Fuji Xerox and to expand its sales in Japan.

This announcement extends Fuji Xerox’s highly successful sales record of Alteon products in the Japanese market. The new agreement is designed to further increase the success of its reseller partners delivering the newly acquired Alteon product line from Nortel. Radware’s partner program will provide Fuji Xerox with enhanced training, programs and tools to help them understand Radware’s Alteon vision, key differentiators and value-added benefits as well as Radware’s comprehensive data center application delivery and application/network security solutions.
