Harris recently became a NETCENTS prime contractor through its acquisition of Multimax Incorporated.
NETCENTS is a five-year, $9 billion IDIQ (Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity) contract to provide the Air Force, Department of Defense, and other federal agencies with a complete range of IT, networking, telephony, and security services and solutions, that are interoperable with Air Force and DoD Standardized Networking Technical Architectures.

"This relationship with Harris combined with the advanced security protection offered by our behavior-based, intrusion prevention and denial-of-service (DoS) products, will be instrumental in our efforts to help serve federal agencies."
Harris has created a skilled and experienced team for NETCENTS, comprised of both large and small businesses that have highly developed capabilities covering each and every element of the Performance Work Statement and other contract requirements. These capabilities include Networking for LAN/WAN/MAN systems, Telephony, Security, Voice, Video and Data Communications, software, hardware and integrated solutions that assist in supporting the Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture.
