The completion of the transaction is subject to standard conditions to closing.

Radware plans to integrate V-Secure's technology for self-learning networks into Radware's APSolute application delivery solutions. Upon closing, Radware will acquire V-Secure intellectual property, technology, inventory, customer lists and additional assets.
