Following the purchase by Mr. Yehuda Zisapel of 144,638 shares of the Company, as announced on September 11, 2007, Mr. Yehuda Zisapel further extended his holdings by purchasing 97,162 shares of the Company in the open market over the past weeks, bringing his current holdings to approximately 2.85 million shares.
