TeraGo Networks an Ontario based telecommunications and IT solutions provider deploys the DDoS Attack Mitigation solution of Radware, to propel their new security service offerings across telecom, data centre and cloud environments. Radware covers a wide range of solutions in the cyber security realm and has been delivering service level assurance for business-critical applications globally. The simplicity of Radware's Attack Mitigation system at the implementation level, along with its ability to seamlessly detect and filter traffic made it the most preferred option for TeraGo Networks.
Previously, TeraGo Networks had been employing the Remotely Triggered Backhole (RTBH) technique to drop undesirable traffic in their protected environment. Considering the flexibility in its service offerings,Terago opted for Radware after a review and comparision of the current solutions available in market. The company's partnership with Radware is believed to open new business opportunities in the days ahead. "Radware is now able to protect our IT infrastructure and end customers without human intervention, thus reducing our response time and providing more value to our customers while protecting their mission-critical systems" says Stewart Lyons, CEO of TeraGo.
The DDoS mitigation services suite launched by TeraGo will provide its customers with uninterrupted connectivity when a quarantining action is initiated by the system. It will detect and mitigate the attack traffic as and when it occurs. TeraGo's focus was to develop a protection suite that can offer real time security from offending traffic and allows businesses to stay operational at times of attack. . According to Nigel Hall, VP Sales of Canada at Radware, TeraGo has been successful in launching a new suite of services to meet the demands of their clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
