Chick-fil-A has adopted Radware products across their network to ensure the continuous operation of web servers, firewalls, VPNs, cache servers, and multiple ISP links.

Ensuring consistent response time was especially challenging given that traffic flows vary widely, increasing enormously on Thursdays and Fridays – typical payroll processing days. Such traffic fluctuations often impact network performance. Radware’s suite of products mitigated traffic fluctuation issues by intelligently load balancing traffic among all of the network resources. To further protect network performance for internal network users, Chick-fil-A deployed cache servers managed by Radware’s Cache Server Director (CSD), which maximizes cache resources and optimizes cache performance.
