This alliance combines I.NET's proven mission critical dedicated hosting solutions with leading Internet Traffic Management (ITM) solutions from Radware, to create world class Internet solutions for Italian enterprises.
The alliance is part of I.NET's corporate project to create in Italy one of the largest European Web Farms. I.NET's new Web Farm will be characterised by the highest standards of safety, support and bandwidth capacity in order to guarantee broad, safe and uninterrupted visibility of all I.NET customers' portals and applications. Distinct areas dedicated to each single customer and reserved direct accesses will ensure customised management of e-business and e-commerce systems, in co-operation with partners of international standing. Radware deployed more than 30 Web Server Director (WSD) application switch units to manage local and global traffic. These units were installed at multiple sites in order to guarantee complete redundancy 24x7.
