Radware's FireProof has been installed into Degriftour's network infrastructures to provide an efficient management of their firewalls. FireProof is an intelligent traffic management solution that provides high availability, fault tolerance, and optimization of firewall and VPN devices. FireProof allows network administrators to build load balanced firewall farms to eliminate potential firewall bottlenecks and possible single points of failure. Degriftour deployed four FireProofs, thereby assuring no single point of failure to its' network. This solution offers full scalability to ensure an effective growth path and dramatically reduces vulnerabilities in Degriftour's critical e-business efforts.
Degriftour also deployed Radware's Web Server Director (WSD) application switch. Though sophisticated load balancing algorithms, WSD ensures that the Degriftour site will provide the best service at all times to clients by intelligently directing traffic to the most optimal server. The strategic positioning of Radware's WSD between the Internet and a group of servers allows it to monitor all user requests and intelligently distribute load between available application resources to provide fault tolerance, redundancy, optimization and scalability. Degriftour installed six WSDs to provide a complete local and global traffic management solution.
