Mr. Desai brings a wealth of comprehensive business management, competitive sales and innovative organizational success to Radware that span the past fifteen years.
Prior to joining Radware Mr. Desai was employed by Global Crossing (NYSE; GX) as President of Global Accounts and Regional Vice President of Multinational Accounts. While in these positions he played a key leadership role in the formation, launch and rapid success of the company's North American based global unit, exceeding organizational revenue and associated business objectives in record time.
Mr. Desai joined Global Crossing following more than ten years with WorldCom Inc. (NASDAQ; WCOM) and MCI Telecommunications Corporation, where his many leadership achievements ranged from the sale and deployment of advanced outsourced IP communication networks for major global financial services corporations such as The NASDAQ Stock Market and J.P. Morgan, to the initiation and launch of MCIMetro in the Northeastern USA. Most recently, he formulated and executed the reorganization and turn-around of WorldCom's Government and Education segment. His efforts resulted in the transformation of the unit from year-over-year losses, to a 20 percent positive growth within ten months.
