Radware Ltd. Announces 3Q 2001 Results

Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR - news), a global leader of Intelligent Traffic Management (ITM) solutions that bring certainty to dynamic networks, today reported revenues of $8.1 million for the third quarter 2001. Total revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2001 were $33.9 million, up from total revenues of $26.1 for the same period of 2000.

Net loss for the third quarter of fiscal 2001 was $3,238 thousand or $0.18 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1,850 thousand or $0.10 per diluted share in the same period of 2000.
