Radware Reports 3Q 2000 Results

Radware Ltd., (Nasdaq:RDWR), a leading provider of Intelligent Traffic Management (ITM) solutions that bring certainty to dynamic networks, ensuring optimal, continuous, personalized and secure service, today is pleased to report that third quarter 2000 revenues increased to $11.1 million, an increase of 207% compared with $3.6 million from the same period of 1999, and an increase of 30% compared with sales of $8.5 million from the three months ended June 30, 2000.

Radware had reached operating profit for the first time. Operating profit for the third quarter of 2000 was $116 thousands, compared to operating loss of $597 thousand in the second quarter of 2000.

Net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2000 was $1,850 thousand or $0.10 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $60 thousand or $0.01 per diluted share in the same period of 1999, and to net income of $1,295 thousand or $0.07 per diluted share for the second quarter of fiscal 2000.
